MEET OUR STAFF

Eileen Flaherty, FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner): Clinic Manager. She received her education in California. Originally worked for the Salud facility in Longmont; she helped to open the EP facility in 1992.

Michelle Chew, MSN, and FNP: Michelle did her Nurse Practitioner’s license with Salud and has been with Salud since 2000. She works also at the EPMC, Family Medical Clinic.

George Crislip, M.D.: Board-certified in family medicine. Educated in California, he served in the U.S. Navy during Viet Nam. Family practice in a large practice in Minnesota and served at Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne before retiring to Estes Park.

Richard Villemonte, D.D.S.; Director of Estes Park's new dental facility, Dr. Villemonte was in private practice and has been at Salud for 18 years.

Scott Woodard, M.D.: Estes Park's general surgeon, who volunteers each week to see those patients who have no insurance and, therefore, limited access to this specialty.

Philip Hooper, M.D.: A volunteer doctor with a specialty in Endocrinology, he is recognized as a chief authority in this field in Northern Colorado.

John Cooper, M.D.: A retired Estes Park pediatrician who will probably never retire from his love of childhood medicine. He spends one half-day a week in Salud's offices.
Martin Koschnitzke, M.D. and Bridget Dunn, M.D.: These two dedicated local physicians alternate weekly visits to Salud to manage our OB program. With the restrictions put on Medicaid payments, many pregnant women are without any prenatal coverage. Thus, they are in a high-risk category. Salud can care for them.

Randall Maharry, M.D.: Dermatologist who volunteers his service to Salud. He is recently retired from private practice in Pueblo.
